Please follow the steps below to re-connect the Bluetooth Device
Check Bluetooth on tablet
Please check if the Bluetooth has been turned on
Step 1: Switch off the Bluetooth Printer
Hold the power button for 1 second (2 buzz)
Step 2: Unplug the charger from Bluetooth Printer
The charging mode will be disabled
Step 3: Switch on the Bluetooth Printer
Hold the power button for 1 second (1 buzz, RED light)
Step 4: Tap on this button to re-connect
The Bluetooth Printer will be connected with a BLUE light
Diagnostic
Step 5: Plug in the charger if needed
We suggest to turn off the Printer for charging everyday.
Charging mode: Stable green light
NOT charging: Flashing green light
Exchange rolls: Flashing blue light

The LAN Printer is offline, please follow the steps below to re-connect.
Step 1: Check WiFi network
Please make sure the Tablet PC and LAN Printer are connected to same WiFi router ('Pocket PoS' or 'TP-Link')
Step 2: Switch OFF and ON LAN Printer
Make sure you got stable Green light on the printer
Step 3: Tap on this button to re-connect
